Product overview
Porcelain bushings with a rated voltage of 35 kV and below serve as the main insulation for the high-voltage and low-voltage leads of transformers to the ground. Porcelain bushings with a rated voltage of 63kV and above act as the externalinsulation of transformers. The porcelain bushings for transformers produced by our factory have a rated voltage ranging from 1kV to 110 kV. To assist transformer manufacturers in solving the problems of transformer oil leakage and excessive partial discharge of porcelain bushings at the low-voltage end, our factory has developed and produced 20 - 35 kV oil-filled cemented flange type porcelain bushings with permanent anti-leakage function . And semiconductor glaze is generally applied or metal aluminum is sprayed on the part above the flange under the last skirt of the 35 kV porcelain bushing.Model Explanation:"B" represents transformer porcelain, usually referring to indoor porcelain bushings. "L" stands for cable-penetrating type."Q" indicates reinforced insulation type."W" means anti- pollution type. The numbers and numerators after the letters represent the rated voltage (kV), and the denominators represent the rated current (A)."J" stands for additional insulation."Bc" refers to the gland of the transformer porcelain bushing, and the number after the dash represents the inner diameter."A" represents the main porcelain insulator."B" represents the transformer porcelain bushing produced according to the German standard (DIN).In the model marking of porcelain bushings, the numbers after the dash for the porcelain base all .represent the rated current."Nf" stands for outdoor porcelain bushings.“Ni" stands for outdoor porcelain bushings.
