
Brief introduction of structure
GW1-10 outdoor high-voltage disconnector is suitable to be installed on outdoor high-voltage distribution equipment lines, and it is used to cut off lines and switch lines when there is voltage and no load. This product is a three-phase electrical appliance consisting of three separate unipolar disconnectors. Each single-pole disconnector has the same components, such as base post insulator, front and rear static contacts, knife and arc angle.
GW1-12G outdoor high-voltage disconnector is a new type of switch, which aims at a series of problems existing in the original GW1 switch and is modified according to the current national standards and international standards. The switch itself has a grounding knife, which can effectively prevent misoperation such as "live grounding wire hanging and closing with grounding wire", and the operator does not need to hang another grounding wire. This product has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and it is an updated product of the current 10kV outdoor disconnector.
GW1-12LT outdoor high-voltage disconnector is of double-column vertical opening type, with manual operating mechanism of CS8-5D rainproof type and electric operating mechanism of CX-6 type. This product is a three-phase common chassis knife switch, which can be divided into chassis, insulators and conductive parts. The chassis consists of a rotating shaft, a frame welded by bent plates and angle steel. Six porcelain rims are fixed on the chassis, each of which forms a pole. The rotating shaft is equipped with three-phase operating insulators to operate the opening and closing movements of the three-phase knife. The conductive part consists of contacts, knives and contact seats, which are pressed by springs. When the brake is opened, the operating crank arm drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the operating insulator pulls the brake blade to rotate downwards, and when it meets the contact, it drives the contact to rotate and turn to the closing position together.

The ambient temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -30℃ (not lower than-40℃ in extremely cold areas);
Wind pressure shall not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed of 34m/s);
The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;
Ordinary installation sites should be free of gas, steam, chemical deposits, salt fog, dust and other explosive and corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of disconnectors;
The antifouling type is suitable for heavily polluted areas, but there should be no substances that cause fire and explosion.
